Baby weight

Is the hardest weight to get off ever...especially if you are not used to exercise. I haven't religiously exercised since college, instead of gaining the freshman 15 I actually lost 15 pounds AND was extremely toned and in shape *sigh the good ole days*. If I ever wanted to get back to that size and weight I would have to seriously work out for hours every day and really watch what I eat. I honestly don't think that will happen-I lose motivation very quickly.
Things I HAVE done this summer:
-been on my stationary bike a few times (not enough to call it consistent by any means)
-done a few crunches (again not enough)
-started to control portion size
-cut out pop (or soda if you prefer)
-started drinking more water
-started cutting out the every day sweets

Things I NEED to do this summer:
-go on the stationary bike 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes each time
-do the ab and arms workouts I've been looking at for weeks
-cut out sugary juice
-go back to being meatless (I didn't eat meat for 7 years and that was when I was the healthiest, coincidence? I think not!)
-eat more veggies and fruit
-incorporate some fun exercise that includes Eleanore-taking her for walks or lifting her up and down (she thinks that is hilarious)

So let's see if I can actually accomplish those goals. In order to keep track of when I actually work out, I am going to mark it on my calendar with an X each time I do it. I will take periodic pictures of the calendar to post on here to show you all of my progress as well!

Keep your fingers crossed :)
