1 down, 2 to go

I finished the 7th grade syllabus today!!!! Now I have to finish 8th and 10th but I think those will go a lot quicker since 8th follows pretty closely to the 7th grade they just have different things to read and a different order of writing assignments. 10th grade should prove to be the most difficult. The first 9 weeks are dedicated to short stories, and considering I don't know where the short stories are I don't know if students can take them home to read or if we have to read them in class.
That paragraph was filled with run-ons. My bad. That is a fragment. But I'm over it.

Besides that, things are pretty stressful here. I have a conference to go to all week so that will get me out of the house and hopefully help clear my head. Or just make it worse.

School starts in 2 weeks, I can't believe I'm about to start teaching. I feel like I should be starting classes at UNT at the end of August not teaching them at middle school/high school. But I can't wait until next year, 2009 will be a good year and that's what I'm working toward...2009.
